Welcome to Day 8 of our 10-day Newspaper Activities series. Today I’m going to share an activity that was probably one of my husband’s favorites, seeing as he’s the gardener of the family–DIY Newspaper Seed Pot!
I first learned about this little project on All Our Days and after scouring Pinterest for several days I realized that this tutorial was by far the best around for two reasons.
1. Allyson provides a simple step-by-step picture tutorial.
2. This is the only tutorial I could find that is totally eco-friendly (without staples or tape or glue).
The result…I made 24 of them. My hubby is excited about that too because now he can get started planting his tomato plants for next year. All that to say, instead of me providing another tutorial today I thought I’d let the source do the talking so be sure to click on over to All Our Days for the step-by-step instructions knowing all the while that you will be doing both the earth and your body good as you create these little guys
Be sure to come back tomorrow for simple fashion fun. Also, if you like this post be sure to check out all the other newspaper activities in the 10 day Hopscotch series. Thanks for stopping by!
